Maybe, I didn’t listen closely to hear about this, but I’m surprised there wasn’t a discussion of Outlander in this fandom episode. Some of the behaviors you discuss are ones I’ve seen with Outlander fans trying to ship the actors playing Claire and Jamie.

And on a Beatlemania related note, if you Google Beatles Fanfiction, you will find Beatles sections on places like Tumblr. I guess it goes to show that anything can have an internet component in Fandom.

O, I forgot to tell you, that a friend of mine who was a Beatlemaniac in the 1960’s has told me of Beatle trading cards. I am not a trading card person, but how I wish I had these.

I have no idea. I will ask my friend the next time I talk to him.
